Jim is very detail oriented in how he goes about the job of showing homes, pointing out concerns based on the buyers requirements and at discussing comparables in the area. He really seems to care about pairing the buyer with the right home and not just getting the buyer into a house thats close enough. This builds trust, along with him working tirelessly to show as many homes as necessary. During the buying process, Jim stayed connected to the various steps, and even ensured we got the keys on a Friday night after closing when most brokers would have simply let it happen on the Monday after.
